LA STAZIONE DI SANT’ILARIO

Questa stazione, un tempo funzionante, è diventata famosa grazie alla celebre canzone di Fabrizio De André “Bocca di rosa”. (Oggi è una residenza privata)
Lungo la salita, che proviene da Genova-Nervi Capolungo e conduce alla ferrovia, è installata una piccola bacheca con dei bei versi del bravo cantautore genovese Max Manfredi.

This station, once running, became famous thanks to the famous song by Fabrizio De André “Bocca di rosa”. (It is now a private residence)
Along the small stairs, which come from Genoa-Nervi Capolungo and lead to the railway, there is a small hommage with beautiful verses by the clever Genoese singer-songwriter Max Manfredi.

SEGNAVIA series

Lungo le Passeggiate a Levante ho incontrato spesso molti tipi di segnavia. Essi rappresentano il filo di collegamento di ogni passeggiata, itinerario, escursione o trekking.
Anche se spesso possono dare un certo disturbo visivo all’amante del paesaggio tout court sono loro che magari ad un certo bivio risolvono situazioni che a volte potrebbero anche diventare pericolose, ad es. con la nebbia o con la neve.
Ma chi è che va pitturando per sentieri, boschi e valli? Sono i volontari di associazioni come il CAI, affiliate alla FIE e altre volte sono volontari che di propria iniziativa sacrificano magari la domenica per andare a segnalare sentieri che possono continuare a “vivere” perchè così rimangono/ritornano percorribili anzichè essere destinati a riempirsi di rovi e perdersi irrimediabilmente nella boscaglia.
Ecco una serie di alcuni segnavia con simbologie diverse e che a volte possono anche rivelarsi curiosi….

Walking along the Passeggiate a Levante I often met many types of trail signs. They often represent an essential guide for each walk, tour, excursion or trekking.
Although they can often give some visual disturbance for the landscape lover they are the ones who maybe at some crossroads resolve situations that may become dangerous, eg. with the fog or snow.
But who goes by painting the paths, woods and valleys? It is the volunteers of associations such as the CAI, affiliated to the FIE and volunteers who sacrifice, on their own initiative even on Sundays, to put signal on paths so they can continue to “live” instead of being destined to be filled with brambles and hopelessly lost in the bush.
Here are a few trail signs with different symbologies and sometimes they can be quite curious ….
