Escursione sul Monte di Portofino… Uno dei bunkers in spesso cemento armato… “ricordo” abbandonato – da oltre 70 anni ormai – dall’Esercito Tedesco della Seconda Guerra Mondiale…Itinerario verso un manufatto bellico abbandonato… con vista mare… in attesa del tramonto… e il calar della sera…Verso quello che resta di una delle postazioni di avvistamento delle 5 Terre… dismessa e abbandonata da tempo dalla Marina Militare Italiana…

Il Promontorio di Portofino* è ricco di itinerari ben segnalati dall’Ente del Parco di Portofino e tutti interessanti. Uno dei più belli dal punto di vista dei panorami da apprezzare è certamente l'”Anello dei due semafori” che permette di andare a vedere il Semaforo Vecchio ed il Semaforo nuovo con vista sul Golfo Paradiso. L’anello si può fare combinando diversi itinerari e quello che consiglio è quello che porta poi a Pietre Strette che permette di vedere dall’alto la Cala dell’Oro, parte del percorso del Passo del Bacio, alcuni bunkers della seconda guerra mondiale e San Fruttuoso con la sua baia.

Portofino mount *is full interesting hiking itineraries. One of the most beautiful, in terms of the views to be appreciated, is certainly the “Ring of the two lighthouses” that allows you to go to see the Old and the New lighthouse with a stunning view over the Paradise Gulf. The ring can be done by combining different routes and my advice is to do the one that then leads to “Pietre strette” to allow you to see the famous Cala dell’Oro, part of the route of “Passo del Bacio”, some old WWII bunkers and San Fruttuoso with its bay.

Uno dei manufatti che, abbandonati per oltre mezzo secolo e cioè dalla fine seconda guerra mondiale, saranno oggetto di un bel lavoro di recupero iniziato con i bunkers, da parte dell’Ente Parco di Portofino

One of the buildings, abandoned for more than half a century since the end of the Second World War, will be part of restoration work already started with the bunkers by the Portofino Park Authority.
